How old should DC be for Build a Bear?

I'm sure he's too young right now; he'd just throw it against the wall or something!

I think DD was about 2 when she made her first bear. She didn't really get into it until she was closer to 3 though.

The girl I talked to when I called said 3 is a good age. I haven't tried it b/c I'm afraid she'll be scared of the stuffer since she runs from the vacuum cleaner.

DS is almost 18 months and made his first bear this weekend with his cousin. He wasn't really into it at the place, but he loved it once it was made and he loves it now that we're home. He carries it everywhere. He got the Christmas Moose.
