What is your Thanksgiving menu?

So I'm having the IL's over for Thanksgiving and I am trying to figure out what to have...  so far:  turkey, brisket, gravy, mashed potatoes, sweet potatoes, mac 'n cheese, salad, rolls, stuffing and maybe a butternut squash dish?  Oh and dessert.

What am I missing?

    We always have corn, cranberry sauce and olives with ours too.

    Turkey (of course)
    Mashed Tators
    Scallopped Corn (yuck)
    Green Bean Casserole (yuck)
    Squash
    Stuffing & Dressing ( stuffed in the bird & baked)
    Gravy
    Cranberry Sauce
    Homemade Rolls
    Cornbread
    Pumpkin Pie
    Apple Pie
    Mississippi Mud
