Hi all. First time posting here and not pregnant (I'm on the Dinner/WC board), but this was sent to me today and I thought it might be useful.
The International Food Information Council released a 12-page .pdf pamphlet called "Healthy Eating During Pregnancy". This organization is tops when it comes to accurate reporting on food issues. Follow the link if you want to download it.

The USDA also has a great interactive site that will customize a food pyramid plan for pregnant and breastfeeding women.
