Anyone ever sell a timeshare?

H and I bought one on our honeymoon.  We've not been able to use it since we bought it.  It's not based like "typical" timeshares do, no maintence fees, just a block of 50 weeks we can take whenever we want to at certain resorts in the Carribean and Cancun.
