Any nurses on.....interview questions?

I'm interviewing tomorrow for a full time position at a local hospital's NICU.  When I interviewed for my current job, which has been my only job since graduation, I only interviewed with HR, no nursing staff.  What kinds of questions should I expect?  I know I need to figure out how to word my "nursing philosophy".  I figure if they ask me how I'd handle a situation, I can say I would hope to learn that in orientation (it's a clinical area change for me with a year of training).

I'm wondering too. I've only been interviewed by HR & will be interviewed by the director of nursing at a current job possibility...is it any different?

I'm thinking they'll ask things like what's your philosophy of nursing.....I'm having a really hard time putting that into words.
