For those taking fenugreek to help breastmilk supply, how many capsules do you take and how often?? I bought some today but am not sure how much to take. Thanks!

The problem was it gave me headaches, so I stopped.
I was never very clear on this. I started out with like 6/day, but that was way too much for me, and I had the runs for days! Caused some issues with Linc's tummy too. So if I had any advice it would be to start off slow and gradually increase them. Good luck!
