Guess what my 2 YO wants for Christmas?

GROCERIES!!

 

Every time I ask her what she would like for Christmas, she says "groceries!"

I shouldn't be surprised, if I ever ask her "what would you like to do today?"  it's an even split between going to the park and going grocery shopping.  And trust me, my kid is in the 95th % for height and 50-75th % for weight--she is a big solid girl--there is no way she is letting us know she needs more food.  She just weird that way.

Awww...shopping passion already!  The shopping cart idea with food is a great idea.  How funny kids are.

How funny.  DS is such a huge eater I told my parents he wanted a gift card to the grocery store for Christmas.

Yep--she's had a grocery cart, play food and a play kitchen for a long time now.  That's one of our favorite games to play.  She fills up the shopping cart and I have to take the groceries out and slide them across the kitchen table and pretend to be the cashier.  Then we unload the basket in her kitchen and she makes breakfast for me. It's always breakfast, no matter what time of day it is.  Grocery store/restaurant is on our agenda almost every day.
