iphone users- is your name on your home screen?

like when your phone is locked is your name displayed on the front?
I edited my previous question about being able to dial 'home' with a phone locked...the reason I ask is related to someone losing a phone but the person who found it was able to track downt eh home number to call...at first I thought the phone was hacked but a friend told me that some people's names display on the phone even when locked (mine does not).

I believe when phone is locked all you can do is make emergency call.

I edited mine with a pic that says, "ICE or if found call... (DH's cell #)" as the wallpaper when locked.
