Do you have a question, brag or vent to share with the group this week? Super bummed. I'll be at my year mark very soon (Aug 4th). My temp has been slowly dropping the last two mornings. I actually have an appointment today for my annual so that will get the ball rolling to get DH a referral for a SA and whatever they decide to do with me. I was really hoping we wouldn't have to get to this point but it is what it is. I just don't get it. DD was a surprise, I sucked at taking my pill apparently and now when we 'try' to get pregnant it's not that easy. Ugh - sorry for the pity party.
QOTW: Not so much a question as a request... would anyone like to take over posting the weekly check-in? We try to stick with lean meats and proteins so it's usually steak/baked potato/vegetables, chicken/brown rice, halibut/grilled vegetables, steak/stir fry. Just need something different.

First post mc AF started yesterday. I'm experiencing kind of a weird mix of relief and sadness. On one hand, my body is back to doing what it should be doing. On the other, it's just a reminder that I'm not pg anymore.

Tacos. Chicken, steak, ground beef or turkey, pretty much whatever we have in the house. It's generally quick and easy.

QOTW: Since DH and I are in a dinner rut, what is your favorite go to meal? Homemade pizza on a whole-wheat Boboli store-bought crust. The whole thing is put together in 10 mins (think feta, spinach, ham, whatever we have on hand), girls love to help, and it's ready to eat another 8 mins later.

I have been doing more lurking then posting lately, but DH and I just got our news on Sunday that we are expecting number 2.
We had just really began trying and are very much so in a state of shock that it happened so quickly, while also being cautiously optimistic.
First appointment isn't till the end of August, but we are super excited!
