We went to London for our honeymoon and that was by far my best vacation. We saw all the London sights, went out in the country side to see Windsor Palace, Stonehenge and Bath. It was amazing. I really hope we can go back again someday.

did you like the food in London? I hated it.
What were the best and worst meals you ate there?
I'm pretty picky so I stuck to things I knew. Overall I thought the food was pretty bland.
Best: Pesto pasta from a little Italian place down the street from our hotel. Does ice cream count? We got some ice cream in Bath and it was freaking orgasmic.
Worst: I got a burger at some place on the bus tour to Stonehenge. It was terrible. Soooo dry and no seasoning whatsoever. Even drowned it ketchup I couldn't eat half of it.
Are you a Beatles fan? If so, you should definitely hit Liverpool if you go back. We stayed for 2 nights and it was the highlight of my London trip.
I agree the food is terrible.
I'll have to remember that and add it to my list. There is so much to see and do in London and the surround area that we didn't get to see nearly as much as I wanted to.
I'm not sure. Is there a place where it is like fall all year around? I'm not a huge fan of summer and I like Michigan winters even less. Fall is perfect. I want to be able to wear jeans and a tshirt during the day and throw on a sweatshirt at night. Does such a place exist?
I don't know that I have a specific fave memory from HS. I was a big athlete though and my junior and senior year were filled with some great sports moments. I think it was because I came from a small school and I was always playing ball with friends.
Most embarrassing moment was probably when the school body found out I kissed a girl. I was 15, it was a spur of the moment thing and it wasn't something I wanted to share with everyone. I don't even know how the info leaked but it followed me for a while before it died down. Finding out my BIL heard about it years later was pretty embarrassing too.
For the record, I'm not ashamed that I kissed a girl. It was quite nice actually. What I didn't like was my personal business being talked about and my sexuality being speculated about by everyone. It was a lot to take at 15.

I love fall. And I do have to admit that fall in MI is gorgeous. We went on a road trip from GR to AA the long way up to Leelanau, Mackinac, and Tahquamenon Falls the first week of Oct. one year and it was amazing.

I love MI falls so much. Weather is perfect and the landscape is just beautiful. The further north you go in the fall the more gorgeous it gets.

Here in Northern California we have fall weather about 6 months out of the year. It doesn't get cold enough to snow, and even during summer it gets pretty cold most nights. It can get hot during the day, but it's not midwest hot at all (we don't have A/C). The other 6 months is spring/summer. It hardly ever rains here either. I'm in the suburbs of San Fran. In the city it's pretty much cold all the time, but not pleasant "fall" cold. It's more dreary and foggy all the time and windy as hell.

Nice. What sports did you play? I was in volleyball, basketball and softball.

I played basketball and softball. My senior year I was all district in basketball and all region in softball.
I have a brother who is 2 years younger than me. We've never been super close but he's always there if I need him.
Our personalities are polar opposites so we don't have a lot of common ground. Sports are about the only thing we have in common. Think popular golden boy and book loving geek.

As a kid, what did you want to be when you grew up?
Do you have any siblings? If so, do you get along with them?
Do you prefer driving or being the passenger when you drive with YH?
