The black spots are back!

I posted several weeks ago about having black spots on my pockets that I feared were mildew or mold.  I bleached them then and started being extra careful about making sure the diapers were dry before stuffing them.  Well, the spots are coming back!  I know it's not just lint or color transfer because the spots are only on the inner lining (mostly on the booty end, which I find odd...) and can be seen on the inside too.  I'm not sure what the problem is!  I wash every other day and the diapers always smell clean when they come out.  Would bacout help here?  Also, if you line dry, how long do you sun them?  Maybe I'm not hanging them long enough, even though they feel dry to my touch.  The strangest part is we live in a dry climate, so I would never expect to have this kind of problem!
