Babysitter

I am interested in knowing if you interviewed potential babysitters? If so, what kinds of questions did you ask? Also, do you have a written contract with your babysitter?

I go back to work in September and my stepmom will watch him all week but I need to break the time up because she will take over. So I'm hiring someone for 2 days a week that I will drop him off at.
