Hi all - my husband and I are looking for childcare for baby. I'm interested in doing a nanny share. Anyone out there know how to find a good family to share with out in the burbs? It's much easier in Chicago but, unfortunately, the burbs doesn't have the same kind of dedicated site.

Lemme know if you are interested / have any experience with this topic.
