MSPI- when to eliminate dairy while pregnant?

Hi,

My second son was intolerant of dairy, soy, and eggs (he is now able to tolerate all of those at 20 months old). I think my oldest son probably had some issues with dairy as well that I wasn't aware of at the time. I am now 35 weeks pregnant with my 3rd baby. Has anyone eliminated dairy/soy while pregnant? If so, how early did you do so and did it make a difference? I'd rather start nursing this baby with "clean" breastmilk and then after we have established nursing is going well, then introduce dairy/soy back into my system to see if there is an intolerance.

Thanks!

The allergist recommended 4 weeks to make sure all the dairy was out of my system before DS was born. I did 6 weeks in case he came earlier than my due date.
