What should I avoid and or increase? I'm not really trying but I'm not preventing it either. I'm more or less if it happens it happens...
I've been taking a Prenatal vitamin for the last 3 months and in addition the following: Acidophilus, Cranberry Pill, B12, Magnesium.
And is there anything that would help my chances?

I highly suggest purchasing and reading Taking Charge of Your Fertility by Toni Weschler if you haven't already. It's an amazing book! I spoke with my doctor about different supplements to try after experiencing a loss a few weeks ago and I'm now taking quite a few. The important thing (as already mentioned) is to ensure your supplements will not interact negatively with one another. I did a lot of research after speaking with my doctor and found the mix that I believe is best for me and my personal situation. If you enjoy drinking hot tea try Mother To Be by Yogi, it's SO good and has a lot of great herbs in it. Still, I suggest speaking with your doctor before trying anything long term. :-) If you would like a list of supplements I'm taking let me know and I'll post them here and you can ask your doctor about them to see if they would be right for you. It really depends on what type of doctor you have too. I've had one tell me to not try anything other than a prenatal multi vitamin while the other suggested much more to try. I have no problems with taking the ones I am because they're not just for fertility purposes so I see no reason to not take them.
Best of luck to you!!! :-)
This. Good book. I finally ordered a copy and read a good part of it tonight. Worth it.
I would just stick to prenatal vitamins IMO and ditch everything else....oh and I second lots of sex.
