DS is a big brother!

Hello everyone! I just wanted to let you ladies know not real fond of my fellow July '13 moms that DH and I had another baby boy on Thursday via RCS. Everything went perfectly and I have been feeling great since! We were team great again and named our new boy Emmett Gerald mn after my dad. He was 7lbs 11oz and 19 1/2 inches. He has been a champion at latching on to BF, however his discharge weight was 7lbs even which is close to the 10 loss, so we have a nurse coming to our house tomorrow to check that out. My milk has come in now so I'm hoping we won't have to supplement.

congratulations!! so exciting!

my november 2011 son had a similar weight loss-- 10 oz from his birthweight-- from 8'10--- within a week he was back to birthweight while i was breastfeeding. hope that you have the same luck!
