Conv. Carseat for Newborn+

Which one do you recommend as best for newborn and up. With my twins we did this since it was too hard to me to carry two infant seats, but it has been 4+ years since then and things have changed a lot!  Thanks for the help!

I have a chicco nextfit, it is super easy to install and use. Plus it will last a long time because if the tall shell. I think it would be good for a newborn, but I use it for my toddler.

We have the Graco MySize (also called the Size4Me or Headwise depending on the store). DD2 is using it, but the headrest adjusts so that it's pretty small, and it comes with a nice infant insert.

Depends on the car, tight space, like the ladies said, Nextfit or MySize, etc, and MyRide. Bigger back seat, add the Radian since the newborn angle takes up a bit more space (or a roomier center seat install will work).
