bad cough

Hi!
I'm a 38 yr old mother of two DD, 8 yrs and 14 mos. I am expecting again and due Feb 7.
I have post nasal drip and have tried Zyrtec and now Claritin. Although they help, I have this awful cough. It is deep, loud and somtimes painful.
Has anyone else experienced this? Did you find anything to help it?

I had a bad cough when I was PG with #2, along with sinus congestion. It was Feb in WI, so probably a virus.  The PA took pity on me and gave me antibiotics.  If you don't want to go that route, try the vaporizer in your room. Good luck, being sick with little ones isn't easy!
