What do you put in your Little Green Pouches?

My 2 year old has decided she now loves pouches, and I love not having the drama of the spoon-flinging.  I bought a couple sets of the reusable Little Green Pouches on Amazon and plan on putting her homemade applesauce in there. Anybody else use these and have good ideas for filling them (for an older toddler)?

We put all kinds of fruit pur?e and yogurt in our reusable pouches. My friend puts oatmeal in them for her kids when they are on the run.
