Hey there Alabama ladies.  I wanted to go ahead and introduce myself and maybe start getting to know some of you.

My husband and I are expecting our first child, a boy, next month.  We currently live in southern California, but are planning a move to Fairhope, AL at the beginning of next year to be nearer to family.  It is going to be pretty crazy moving cross country with a four month old.  

This little one and I would love to have some mommy-friends when we get there.  I hope I can get to know some of you ahead of time.

Hi @Mwu1123!  Hi @JimmieThing!  Thanks for the replies.  We are expecting our first little boy any day now.  He is due on the 27th.  We are so excited, and I am so ready to get this show going.

We are in Daphne.  Close to Fairhope!  Our little guy is almost a year old, but we are TTC #2 right now, so I would love to meet up!

@AngelSong1976, That is fantastic. We won't be there until the beginning of the year, but I would love to get together then. I'm so excited about the move, but we won't know anyone in the are other than my dad and step-mom and their friends.  

@CaliforniaDream87, Not sure what bump burped you here, but it would so much fun to meet a fellow A13'er.

I think your little ones are going to love it there! Main Street Fairhope is great to take the kids! Also, as a suggestion, check out The Ravenite pizza place when you come to Fairhope. Best pizza I have ever had!
