High risk due to HSV 1 infection

Just wondering if anyone has any experience with this:
At 37 weeks, I have just been put in the category of high risk. I requested a blood test and it came back with a primary infection of HSV1. I have no actual symptoms, just a positive blood test. I'm just so concerned with the possibility of passing this on to my baby during birth. My ob has me on antivirals from now until birth, but it still has me panicking. From what I've read, many times if a primary infection is diagnosed in the last 6 weeks of pregnancy, they suggest a csection, and my ob hasn't brought that up yet.
I had a long conversation with my ob yesterday and go in for my regular appt on Tuesday, I'm just curious if anyone else has any experience.
