Congratulations again to all the ladies that gave birth this week! I hope she doesn't mind me sharing, but CNYBride05 posted on the multiples board that her twins have arrived! 

How was your night? Any weekend plans?

My night was Ok. My sister and aunt are coming this evening while DH is at work. Should be fun. Hopefully, DH can get my TV in the bedroom working. He bought it one month ago today when I came home from the hospital, and the picture just went out! Brand new TV! I know... First world problems. 

Also, Wallace, I've been praying for your family! I hope all is stable. 

QOTD I do a lot of shopping on amazon because we get free shipping on all lot of things. I like target too.

I did not sleep much last night. I am excited and nervous because my baby shower is today! I am nervous because the shower has been moved to my house, and I won't be able to help clean it. It was moved here after I was put on bed rest so I don't have to go anywhere and I can rest when I need to. My sisters are coming over to clean today, but I feel like I am the only one that can clean my house "right". Know what I mean? I am super grateful they are coming to help though. I know they will do a great job. I just need to chill out.

QOTD: I shop everywhere online. I always look for the best deal on everything. I will order from an obscure website that looks a little shady if I get a good deal. Thankfully I haven't been screwed over by those weirdo websites.

The twins arrived Wednesday morning by scheduled c-section at 37weeks2days weighing 5lbs12oz and 5lb14oz. Both boys looked great and had no NICU time.  

I am very much looking forward to heading home from the hospital with them tomorrow. I'm so done with being in the hospital. Probably the sudden drop in hormones, but I'm getting tired of people asking me questions - what time did they eat, for how long, what was in their diaper, what color was it, and most of all, what my pain level is. It is "I have pain whenever I move and it makes it hard to take care of my babies, which sucks. How's that??" - and telling me what to do. I'm probably just being cranky but I liked my bedrest nurses a lot better.

I haven't been able to read many people's updates but hope everyone is doing well and wish you all the best of luck. It can be done.

Holy terrible night.  DS who is 2.5 puked everywhere, DH and I were up all night. It was seriously a two person job.  Things seemed fine this morning, then he crawled up on my lap and just wanted to go to sleep at 10am. Odd.  We put him in his (freshly laundered) bed.  30 minutes later, puke, EVERYWEHRE. projectile. I feel so bad for him.

DH is napping now, I'm sitting int he living room with DS. He's playing and throwing things at the dog. Hopefully that means we're on the rebound.  I feel terrible that he's sick. He started daycare last week with me on SBR. The rest of the weekend will revolve around making him feel better.

QOTD: amazon, hands down.

Congratulations CNYBride05!

My night was ok, it was storming here, I was a little worried the power would go out. I know my mom's did, and even today she has some power, but it's like everything is on a dimmer switch she said.

No plans for me, I'm on pretty strict bed rest. DD was supposed to go with my mom, sister, BIL and niece to the Polish festival, but it's raining, so I'm not sure if they will be able to go.

I don't really shop on-line that much. I've looked, but haven't bought a whole lot.

Posting from the hospital still, but the rumor is we will get discharged today as long as the cervix check looks okay when the MFM gets in. They decided to leave the cerclage in and we will leave with Indocin to hold contractions off. They stopped all her IV meds last night at 9 and the night went okay so all good signs.

 

Hope everyone has a good day today. Appreciate all your thoughts and prayers for us : ) always thinking about you all as well.  

What a great update! Still praying for you all!

Congrats Nantucket!

I know what you mean about c-sections, they stink. I had one with DD because she was breech, and now with the previa still there I will have to have one this time too. Once you are able to get up and move around a little it will start to feel better. Just a little walking at a time really helps recovery.

Slept ok-a lot of weird dreams including one where all of us on TB were really a private detective agency ran by pregnant women.  The image of pregnant people crawling through bushes to get pictures of their "targets" still makes me laugh since most of us were HUGELY pregnant!

No real plans today, finally convinced my SO that I'll be ok while he goes over the pass today for business and that I don't need a "babysitter."

I don't really do online shopping, but I guess amazon has been ok along with Target, so far.

Congratulations Nantucket!!  Wallace, I hope things continue to improve. 

 Nothing exciting here regarding pregnancy (which is great).  I'm planning a trip to Disney for our family next January.

I actually didn't sleep that bad. DH and I stood up all night watching movies so I was able to get ready sleepy and fall out. I've been on and off sleeping all day today.
