My FI is working tonight and I have no idea what to do for dinner. I need some motivation; otherwise, I will probably pick up something and Lord knows I don't need to do that.

I made beef stroganoff in the crockpot...it's way too hot here to heat up the oven!

Same issue. I want Carrabba's, but I would rather save the money. I have a gift card to Olive Garden or Red Lobster but... eh. I guess I could cook... eh.

I made buffalo shredded chicken in the crockpot and will be assembling them on tortillas with ranch and pickles!!

Marinated steaks on the stovetop. Nothing too exciting. I'd much rather make a doughnut Sunday. But I don't have ice cream or doughnuts

DH may be making Mac and cheese. If he doesn't get to it, I'll have my left over salad from lunch.

We are going out to eat with my patents... So it is a huge decision. I am so excited

I just dove into the freezer and got a bag of varenyky (ukrainian version of perogies).  Boiled them, topped with onions i fried while they boiled, and served with sour cream.

Then i went back into the freezer and grabbed some sherbert for dessert

I almost made the same thing for dinner.  I love perogies w/ fried onions.  Hubby wanted to order pizza so he won.

I guess I could share TOMORROW's dinner, since it'll be much better than pizza:

Chipotle Peach BBQ Chicken Sandwiches-shredded chicken breast w/ chipotle Sweet Baby Ray's Sauce mixed w/ peach preserves. And probably some sweet potato fries.

We made crock-pot roast with potatoes and carrots. Not really a summer meal, but definitely still good! Topped it off with a Snickers "whirl."

Grilled chicken patty sandwiches with thick crinkle cut potato slices as fries (also grilled)

I was thinking of making some chicken taquitos, I just need some lettuce and tomatoes which are a couple blocks away...doesn't mean I want to go get them so we just might have them without the healthy stuff, hehe.

Of course! I've turned into a senior citizen at the ripe old age of 25. We'll be eating at 6:30. ;-)
