DH and I can't decide on a boy name for baby #2. (Assuming I updated my siggy correctly, you can see that there's no rush here, but I find myself obsessing over boy names in the middle of the night).
The middle name is definitely going to be George. It's FIL's middle name, and as the legend goes, it was the family's last name before they came to the US and changed it.
I like Cohen George.
DH likes Brooks George, but I can't get behind both names with one syllable. I feel like the first name needs at least 2 syllables.
Any suggestions are appreciated!
Re: Have a mn, need a first name!
Sorry, don't have a suggestion but I do agree with you on the need for at least 2 syllables. It flows off the tongue much more easily.
Is Cohen a family name? If not, without starting a debate, I would do some research on that name before comitting to it.
What about
Ronan George (sort of sounds like Cohen)
Everett George
Silas George
Franklin George
Ezra George
Edit-- jinx, baconface

Eeek, nope, didn't know anything about Cohen. Just liked the way it sounded. Guess I'll cross that off the list. Thanks for the heads up!
I had thought about Everett recently, I'll have to run that by DH. I do like Silas and Simon, with the nn Si, but now with Duck Dynasty, I just can't do it.
Our last name starts with N, so Ronan N has too many N's for me. I've considered Rowan though.
Thanks for the suggestions ladies!
Not a fan of Cohen
