I love Violet and Lucy.
Also question, have you met many other little girls named Eva, or come across others in DDs classes/ play groups? It is my great grandma's name and our top choice right now for this baby, but I know it is trending quickly upward in popularity, went from 80something to 62 in our state last year.
Obviously, this is just my opinion. Remember, it's your baby. Don't let anyone influence your opinion, especially if you are set on a name, and a family member or friend doesn't like it. That's what happened to me. My husband and I tried to come up with alternative names, but then we realized how much we like the name, and how ridiculous it is for someone to influence us that much, so we went back to our original name. Baby's not born for another 12 weeks or so, but at least we have a name picked out. Now I know for the future, never to tell anyone the name we picked out. Very bad idea! haha
I am obsessed with violet and Lucy right now. Lucy is my top choice. Also, I really like Jillian. The only name I could do without is paisley. Otherwise, you have a really solid list.

Congrats on another little girl!
We haven't met too many other girls named Eva, other than one time in the pediatrician's office waiting room. There are a lot of Ava's, though... and so a lot of people pronounce her name "Ay-vah" (how I would say Ava) instead of "E-vah" with a long E at the front, which is how we want people to say it. Most people are okay after I correct them, but a handful of people still call her Ava over and over! They just can't get it... it starts with an E, people! Should be a good way to remember! I have met a few adult Evas since she was born.
I actually like spelling Jillian with a J better, too! It was a compromise with DH. He thinks it's a really pretty name, but can't get over the Jillian Michaels association... so we thought maybe if it had a G instead.... it's not ranking too well on the voting though... haha!
Re: Please vote on my girl names
I really like the majority of your list.
I prefer Gillian spelled Jillian. If you spelled it with a J, I would rank the names with Eva as a sibset as:
1. Jillian (move after Zoe if you spell it with a G)
2. Violet
3. Rosalie
4. Ruby
5. Lucy
6. Zoe
7. Paisley

Gillian and Violet are my top two.
Paisley is a distant last.
