Teeth grinding

My 13 month old has been grinding his teeth like crazy for the past few months.  Is there anything I can do to get him to stop doing this?  It can't be good for his teeth, plus it really grosses me out

Anyone else dealing with this?

Funny you mention this because our son did the same thing for several weeks and then I saw your post and it made me realize he must have stopped because I haven't heard him do it in a while.  So hopefully its a phase because DS seems to do it when all his front teeth were still coming in and now that they are all in he has stopped.  But I hear ya!  Its drove me nuts!
