Do symptoms come and go with twins too?

I'm only at 7w3d, but was nauseous ALL last week and starting yesterday it has subsided.  I am happy that I feel better, but want to know if this is normal to have the symptoms come and go this early with twins? I've read it's normal with a single pregnancy ... I would assume the same holds true for twins as well? 
1st FET 2/14/2013 Happy Valentines Day! - BFN
2nd FET 6/14/2013 - BPF!!! -
1st Beta: 1046!!!!! - 2nd Beta: 2754!!!!!
First u/s 7/11/2013 - TWINS!!! 120 and 124 heartbeats <3
Second u/s 7/29/2013 - wiggley babies! 178 and 184 heartbeats!
Third u/s 9/9/2013 - 157 and 161 heartbeats ... a BOY and a GIRL!!!! Cervix on the "shorter side" (3-3.3) - going to check again in 2 weeks.
Fourth u/s 9/23/2013 - Baby A = 157 Baby B = 150 heartbeat. Cervix now 2.3-2.6 ... being referred to a MFM
MFM Appointment 9/26/2013 = Both babies healthy, cervix now measuring at 4 - Playing tricks on me ... will follow up in 2 weeks.
Cervical check 10/7 with regular OB - 2.1cm  --- going BACK to the MFM armed with ultrasound pictures from my OB of my cervix. *sigh*
MFM Appointment 10/8 - confirmed my cervix at 2.1cm - putting me on Progesterone for a week.
MFM Appointment 10/17 - Cervix unchanged! Keeping me on Progesterone - followup 10/29

    Yep

    TTC since May 2006. After 3 failed Clomid cycles, 2 failed Injectibles/IUIs, 2 failed IVFs and 1 failed FET, we moved on to adoption!

    Last ditch FET resulted in BFP, and identical twin girls!

    It happened to me too. A LOT! It was probably more stressful than being sick all the time. I never could enjoy feeling better because I would just worry my brains out. I'm sure it's totally normal though because I have two healthy boys now! Enjoy the good days!

    Thank you!!! There's SO much on singleton pregnancies out there, not as much with twins... I know most of the people on here have already had their twins, but it still helps to get the reassurance!

    My symptoms came and went throughout my entire pregnancy! I'm now 36 weeks and morning sickness just kicked in again.

    I'm 8w now and my symptoms were horrendous constantly up until last week. They started coming and going. They slowed right after my u/s so of course I kinda started freaking out. However, when they're happening, it is misery. It's just not all the time anymore. The exhaustion is the only thing that is now consistent. Congrats on your pregnancy!

    Sorry you're feeling sick already. MS came and went like that for me early on too. Also, once it started to fade near the 2nd tri it would come and go too. 

    I even had it come back for a week during the 3rd tri (with both twins and singleton).

    I have also has them come and go. The Dr keeps reassuring me I will feel better once we get to the 2nd trimester which is only a few short weeks away but yet feels so far!

    I completely agree!!! A day seems like a month.  I can't imagine how protective I will be once they're little babies in my arms.  I suppose this is good practice for then... time to take it easy and relax sometimes!
