Not being able to access some boards?

For the past few days I have been unable to open my birth month board, but can open this one. There are a couple others that I can not open, but for the most part, I can open many of them. I just tried on my phone and it let me open my birth month board. Any ideas on how to resolve this? I've tried to contact Bump Support before and never recieve a respond, so I thought I'd check with you ladies since I watch this board often too.
