Hi! We just found out we are expecting 2 and I am thinking about a stroller. We have the UB Vista but I have not heard good things about it as a double so figure we will end up with something new. I LOVE the Vista, especially the big basket, bassinet and ease of steering so want something g compatible. Any feedback on the Donkey? I will be using it frequently with one child and wasn't sure about the mono set up. I would like to find one that can be a single or double and is easy, functional and cute. I have read some online reviews but always get good feedback here. Thanks!
Due 3.27.14 (lame because I cannot figure out how to save a fun ticker.....)

The donkey is amazing. A-MAZE-ING. It is very easy to use in mono or duo mode. I've had a 4.5 year old in one while a 2 year old was in the other. This stroller has the best maneuverability out of any stroller out there - period. My good friend has the UV and I pushed it once for her while she was holding her daughter, and the Donkey's push is incomparable to the UV (which is supposedly a great push). The city select is nice but one of your kids is really far away, and the push on it is nothing compared to bugaboo. You can easily push two kids with one hand (if you're walking the dog in the other or on the phone, etc).
Cons about the bugaboo:
1. there is no peekaboo window, unless you get the Breezy sun canopy, which is totally cool and looks like a storm trooper, but only comes in white. Since you can very easily have your child face you, you don't need a peekaboo window until they are forward facing. You can always order custom ones though from sites like etsy.
2. It's BIG. And not very light. If you're running in the city getting on and off buses and needing to have a compact stroller, this isn't for you. It's not difficult to fold, and you get used to it, but it's no city mini.
Other than those two issues, it is literally the best stroller out there. If the price is scaring you, look on craigs list!
Hmmm... I would think really hard about carrying a 35 lb stroller up those steps everyday. The lightest double on the market is the Valco Snap Dual at only 22 lbs and its very compact. It's no Bugaboo but the push is really good and the tires are a nice size at 8 and 10 inches. I have and LOVE my BOB Duallie but I don't think I could do it if I didn't have a garage to keep it in. Totally up to you but something to think about!
