My doctor made me take 2 seperate parts one at 13 weeks and my next at 16 weeks. Does that sound right?
I'm not sure, I would follow up with your doctor. My doctor had my MaterniT21 test scheduled for 11w5d. They also did an ultrasound that day. I know that they usually wait for 12w for the NT scan...
I tested at exactly 10w0dThat sounds like a different blood test the older less reliable one that comes with an ultrasound "NT" scan. nbsp;
I'm not exactly sure why they did the ultrasound with the Mat21..they said they always do at my office. The genetic counsele called me with the results last week...negative, yay! Today I had an appointment and I saw the Mat21 paperwork. It definitely said MaterniT21.
I have no idea. I got my blood test for the NT scan at 10w2d and the NT scan at 12w0d. It seems to vary a bit for all of these? Def go by yours drs recommendations.

The Dr. did a U/S the day of my Mat21 testing as well. He measured crown to rump and turned the sound up so I could hear the heartbeat.
He took maybe 5 minutes max.
