Confused on Ovulation tests...second Femara Cycle

This is my second femara cycle.  I just took an ovulation test today and like last time the Clear Blue Digital Advance was positive and Clear Blue Digital was negative.  We did IUI last time after two days of positive IUI on day 14.  After still tracking my temperature it did not rise until day 17.  I am worried that the same thing is going to happen again.  Any suggestions?  I am waiting for my Doctor's nurse to call back. 

March 2013: First TTC trip to RE, On 1500 mg Metformin, April 2013:  PCOS and Endometriosis, May 2013:  DH Low volume; Femara 7.5 mg + IUI #1 = BFN, July 2013: Femara 7.5 mg + IUI #2 = BFN, August 2013:  Femara 7.5 mg (X5) + Bravelle (X7) + Ovidrel + IUI #3 + Endometrin = BFP  MC at 5w3d,
October 2013:  Follistim (X14) + Ovidrel + IUI #4 + Endometrin =BFP!!!

    If you are doing a medicated cycle, which you are, you really should be monitored with blood draws and ultrasound instead of just relying on OPKs for a multitude of reasons!

    4 medicated TI, 1 IUI+Femara, 1 IUI+GonalF = BFNs
    IVF #1 Lupron/GonalF (Dec 2012)= 30R, 21M, 21F with ICSI, 18 HIP frosties!!!

    I did two cycles of Femara and I had monitoring appointments with the RE to measure my follicles. Your doctor should be doing the same. Good luck!! The first time I did Femara, my body responded very well. I hope it works for you!

    I am seeing an RE.  I have been having mid-cycle ultrasounds and blood work, but the first cycle I think was mistimed.  I went in today for Estrogen, Progesterone, and LH blood tests.  Hope to see what they say tomorow.
