Easiest way to pip?!

I really want to share photos with you all. But for some reason I just can't figure this all out.

Perks if there is an easy way to bulk transfer photos from an iPhone to the photo sharing site.

    Go to real tiny pic, even if you're on your phone. Do select file, choose from existing, then choose from your phone's camera roll. Resize to the website option, then upload. Page 2: copy URL for message board size, paste URL into message box.
