I don't know about any of you, but if I'm hungry for too long I feel really nauseas. If I wait any longer I will get sick. Ill even get sick if I started to eat something, anyone else in the same boat?
Yup! For sure! I was like that when I wasn't pregnant though too! I do feel like it's gotten worse with being pregnant...but H always jokes that when I say I'm "starting to get hungry" it time for dinner!!!
I think this is fairly common. I carry crackers everywhere so I don't let myself get too hungry.
I've had to start doing this as well. And I keep crackers on my nightstand and eat a few in the morning before I get up, otherwise I start feeling queasy almost as soon as I get out of bed.
Yes. I've found that sometimes something as simple as chewing a piece of gum will help with the feeling like I'm going to throw up. I carry cliff bars and snacks with me so I don't go more than 2-3 hours without getting SOMETHING to eat and I really try to ensure it has some protein as well. I'm so over the nausea!
YES. The first several weeks I went from zero to nauseous-hungry in a matter of seconds. At least now I get like 10 minutes of "you better fix this or it's going to get worse." HAHA. I keep a ton of snacks at work and on weekends I always have something in my purse. I used to be a pretty light eater so it's really weird to me now that I have to have a snack before dinner or I will be too nauseated to even eat.
The only time I get nauseous with pregnancy is when I let myself get hungry. I keep lots of snacks around to help with this, nuts, fruit, granola bars, etc.
Yes, it happens all the time. I've started to carry snacks with me so that I don't go too long without eating something. The longer I wait to eat the more nauseas I get.
Yea I have to eat every so often or I get so sick. I have started carrying peanut butter crackers in my purse so I can try to beat the nausua when I'm out somewhere.

My m/s was starting to lessen in weeks 911. For some reason, midweek 12 til now it has come back with a vengeance and this seems to be part of it.
I carry crackers and have little cabs of ginger ale at my desk which has pretty much saved my life at work.
Partially Complex (my blog)
I was definitely like this earlier on. I keep some almonds or teddy grahams with me to snack on.
