Prepping prefolds with a layer

I bought some cotton prefolds with a layer of micro suede. I know that typically prefolds are prepped by washing 56 times. Should I do the same thing even though these have a lining? Also can I was these with the rest of my cotton fitteds and prefolds without messing up any of the cloth diapers? Thanks!
