Weights of twins

So I had a growth scan yesterday on the twins. I'm 30w1d. Boy weighed 214 and girl weighed 215. I was told they were in the 24 and 29 percentiles, respectively. I'm a little worried that they should weigh more.

How much did your twins weigh at this age?

How can I bulk them up? What can I eat?

Mine were about the same at this stage. I didn't realize till late in the game, around 30 weeks, that I should be consuming more protein to help with their weight gain.
I tried to consume as close to 70g a day. It was hard. But I did it.
Toast with peanut butter. Chicken. Veggies. And I drank Special K protein shakes. They weren't too bad and had 10g each so I'd have one with every meal and then for a snack too. Between 30w and 35 my girls went from the 2lb area to 5lb 10oz!

At my last growth scan at 27 weeks my twins were 2 lb 8 oz and 2 lb 3 oz. I start every morning with a protein shake in whole milk. I use a brand called designer whey I get it at target an I think it's like 20ish grams a protein per scoop with the 8 oz of whole milk my breakfast is almost 30 grams of protein and almost half of what I need a day.

I do the chocolate powder and blend it with milk and a few ice cubes it tastes like chocolate milk. To he honest, I'm kind of sick of them since I have them everyday but my twins are growing well so I am keeping at it. Good luck!

At my last appointment at 28w2d Baby Girl was measuring 2 pounds 13 ounces and Baby Boy was measuring 2 pounds 12 ounces.  This was particularly shocking to me because I did not gain a pound a week between appointments.  Glad they are growing though!  I make sure to start everyday with an apple, then about two hours later (after my workout) I eat a bagel and then a lot of fruit and Greek yogurt throughout the day.  The second I get home from work I have some fiber cereal and then whatever else I can get to fit into my already full belly.

Sounds like my babies are underweight. :. I'm really trying to up my protein intake and hope in the next few weeks it helps them bulk up, especially since I could deliver at any time I suffer from incompetent cervix

my last growth scan at 28 weeks put them both at around 3lbs (I can't remember exact numbers) my doctor says they're very big... I want to say 90th percentile... but I was so insanely tired at that appointment that I could be wrong

Mine were around 2lbs at 25 weeks and were 4.1 and 4.3 at 31 weeks, but they have been measuring ahead from the beginning and DH and I are very tall people, 5'11 and 6'6.
