Poop: how often.

L poops almost every day and sometimes multiple times a day. He is eating three meals a day and drinking 20 to 24 ounces of formula. Is this normal? He has low muscle tone, which for most kids means constipation. Maybe I am feeding him too much?

Sounds like a normal amount of food to me.

My baby poops multiple times a day also.

It varies..he poops usually at least once or twice a day, but we've had days of 4 poops...it's more common to have 3 poops than for him to have none. As long as the poops are soft (but not runny) I would say it's fine?

DD generally poops twice a day, and they are pretty big. I am envious of people with babies who rarely poop (Assuming they are not constipated)

Every 2-3 days. He has gone as long as 6 days!

Mine goes once a day. Sometimes skips a day, sometimes twice a day. He didn't go at all today. He eats 3 meals a day, usually table food/what we eat but sometimes 4 oz. of baby food per meal if it's something he can't chew well enough, plus snacks and he is BF. He also drinks water from a cup at every meal. Before he was drinking water his poops were really hard, but they have softened and are more regular.

Man I'm wondering if I'm doing something wrong. Ev only poops every couple days. They're usually massive, and not hard or anything. He never seems uncomfortable. Of course, we're only really at 2 meals a day with snacks, and he's not all about the solids some days. I'll just assume we're good until I'm told otherwise. I'm okay with the every few days. Makes diaper loads much easier.nbsp;

2 to 3 full diapers a day. Has been consistent since starting solids.

Dd poops 1 to 3 times a day. I poop 1 to 2 just if you wanted to know.

I swear to you, my child poops every time we get in the car. Like within 3 to 5 minutes. Its insane. He poops probably 2 or 3 times a day depending on how much solids I am giving him.
