Advice please!

Hi everyone! I'm TTC my second and have had a very up and down cycle since going off the pill in December.  Some months it's been 30 days, others 38 days,,I had a chemical pregnancy in April..I've been doing OPK, although this month I didn't get a positive, although did skip one day when I wasn't home...Now I am on day 37 and still no AF...I took a pregnancy test on day 35, which was negative..Should I wait another week? I kept thinking I had symptoms like nausea,etc, but not sure if it's all in my head. Suggestions?

The cycle before I got pregnant was 42 days. If you get to 60 days without AF or BFP, head to the doctor.
