Cloth Diapering

Rash cream

I know cloth diapers are supposed to help diaper rashes however I want to have something on hand in case it happens.  Also because our daycare is very pro diaper cream so I'm afraid if I don't already have some there they will use store bought which I've heard is not ok with cloth. What cream do you like best if you have ever had to use it ?

Re: Rash cream

  • Earth Mama Angel Baby.

It's expensive... but the first (2 oz) jar I had lasted about 5-6 months.

  • I love our tube od CJs BUTTer - I think it'd be very easy for a daycare to deal with.  I also have a tube of Grovia Magic Stick (which I think is better as a preventative rather than when there's an actual rash)  I know for our daycare, I had to sign a release for them to put anything on the baby - so I just didn't sign off on their diaper ointments, and wrote in the diaper cream I wanted them to use.  I'd imagine most daycares have similar policies and paperwork?

We sent grovia magic stick to DC, but use coconut oil at home on the rare occasion that we need it.
