I love the name Amelia, but I didn't choose it because it is becoming so popular. I still think it is beautiful and classic.

Savannah was one of our possible girls names-I like Amelia as well. If you're concerned about common I would think Alex would be out-I work with quite a few, it's very common here. I would personally choose Savannah-Anna could be a potential nn?

I like Alexandra but I'm not a huge fan of the NN Alex. 

The only Savannah I know IRL doesn't use a NN, I like it without a NN.

Amelia is my favorite. Milly is cute and I wouldn't consider it really popular.

Hate Savannah, its very popular too, I know about 5 here in town and 3 who have been named this in the past month. I have never liked this name. I'm not sure why but it's just not cute or pretty to me.

I like Amelia the best off your list. It is popular, but it's still very pretty and classy and you can call her Mia if you wanted as well.

Amelia is my favorite from your list. I actually have Amelia nn Millie on mine!

I really love the nn Millie, so I also have Melanie on my list. Some people may think it's a stretch, but Melanie nn Millie just makes sense to me.
ETA: That was if you were wanting a less popular name than Amelia.

Savannah Lee nn??? I don't like Sav (I really like Savannah, and her nickname could be Vanna - this is my friend's daughter; not a fan of Sav, either)

Amelia Lee nn Milly (LOVE Amelia, do NOT like Milly. I'm prob in the minority though. I just really dislike it. The one I knew - that was her full name, not a nn - was a hyper, crazy child, so that might have something to do with it lol).
