Spotting

I'm 5w5d yesterday I went pee and noticed red bleeding. Went straight to the er they told me my hcg levels were normal and that I have a infection. The spotting only lasted 3 to 5 hours. But I'm still concerned. I didn't get a direct awnser if my baby is ok. Anyone have advice or same experience?

I would usually trust the doctors in this situation. You would probably have better luck asking this on the tri boards.
