One of my good friends has a Tessa and I really like it.  I think it ages well and would be fine on a resume.

I love the name. It sounds AWFUL with our last name or it would have been in our top 3 for DD.

It's my name! I go by Tess now, which is annoying because everyone calls me Jess. But I like either Tessa or Tess.
I loathe being called Theresa. That is not my name. Old people do it all the time, even when they are reading it off a but of paper, eg doctors records. It's like, really? How can you not read?

Also, with my lady name being Kerr, Tessa Kerr sounds like Jessica, so I get called that often. But it's nothing against the name, people just don't listen.

I have never once thought I better not be a lawyer because of my name!
