You said you had some experience with the daily dose of Miralax... what worked for you? I gave DD four teaspoons today and still nothing. Her pedi said that she knew some toddlers that needed a whole cap full, but DD is so small (only 17 lbs.) that I don't want to overload her.
Re: ~*~ s0ulchicken ~*~
We had to give Addison a cap full daily for maybe a week before things really got moving again, but she was a little older than your sweetie. Unfortunately, it took that long before she pooped. We had to deal with impactions and all kinds of awful stuff. Have you tried a glycerine suppository? They make ped sized. I would maybe try that on day two of Miralax. It might be just enough to help her go, and start getting regular.
I wish I had some better advice for you! I hope she is feeling better really soon!
S/N: Have you tried Kawaii over night heavy wetter dipes? We are having some serious night leaks, and someone recommended them to me. I am always "nervous" before buying a new diaper!
I'm going to do a couple of tablespoons tomorrow and see if that helps. She also drank four ounces of pear juice today and had pureed pears
I am really worried about her. I could try another suppository... I used one a couple of days ago and I'm worried about using them too much.
I haven't used those but people really seem to like them! We use Sbish fitteds and Thirsties covers overnight and those work really well for us (we were having leaks with fitteds and wool). GL with those!! Night leaks can be the worst.
