Rash/Stripping question

We went to Mexico for a week, so LO was in sposies for that long.  We came back home and started CDing back up on Sunday.  Beginning Wednesday evening I noticed a bright red rash.  My first though was something she'd eaten, but it was pretty much all the same stuff from Monday-Wednesday and she'd eaten all of it before.

I'm thinking I should strip my diapers since LO was perfectly fine in sposies.  I'm currently using Charlie's Soap as our CD detergent, but am not opposed to trying something different (I used Rockin Green in the past without issue).  What's the best way to strip?  Dawn?  RLR?  Should I switch detergents?  Is there something I'm missing?

They don't leak, maybe smell a little bit.  I'm trying to remember about before we left.  She may have been a little red before we left.  It's terrible that I can't remember.  Would Charlie's Soap bubble even if there was build up?
