DX: Unexplained/??? MFI issues

Our lil' lost sparks:
5w3d loss 7/30/10 - EDD March 2011
8w loss 4/15/11 - EDD November 2011
8w3d loss 8/2/12 - EDD March 2013
4w c/p loss 10/29/12 - EDD July 2013

Long story: trying on our own + testing testing testing with 6 rounds of Clomid, more testing, injectables + TI, laparoscopy - one tube blocked, 2 IUIs with Follistim...BFNs.
RPL testing all normal, Karyotyping normal

Moving on to IVF.

IVF #1 April 2012 = BFN, IVF #2 June 2012 = BFP. U/S 7/23 = saw heartbeat but measuring behind. Follow up U/S on 7/30 - no heartbeat. D&C 8/2. Trisomy 12. IVF #3 Oct 2012 = Chemical Pregnancy

Phone consult with CCRM on 12/12/12 - ODWU 1/4/13 - both tubes clear(!) - AFC 24, AMH 3.2, FSH 9.6, LH 5.4, E2 25. DH has high frag rate but improved!
IVF #4 March 2013 CCRM. EP protocol w/ Menopur, Gonal-F & Dexamethasone. ER 3/29 & IMSI, PICSI. 43R 13M 10F 6blasts bio'd. CCS testing reveals 3 normals!!!
FET 5/31/13 of 1 4AA blast - thawed and expanded. 4dp5dt BFP.
Beta 9dp5dt = 181, 11dp5dt = 427. 1st u/s showed a healthy heartbeat! EDD 2/16/14

After 4 years of hoping and heartbreak, our sweet little bean was born on 2/19/14
We are so in love with her.

    Birthday weekend fun for me! I'm about to go have a mani/pedi and then later I have an appt for a facial that DH surprised me with (he even scheduled it himself!). Tonight we have dinner reservations and then spending time with my family tomorrow. It's a full weekend and I'm excited about it!

    My weekend is going to be pretty quiet.  DH is at the cottage (still getting over this one) and I had anticipated ER to be tomorrow or Sunday but now it's looking more likely to be Monday or Tuesday.  I am starting to feel pretty drained so tonight I'll do pedi and movie and nothing for the rest of the weekend.

     3/27/13 - After beta and u/s hell, no heartbeat ever detected. D&C at 9w1d.

    6/5/13 - Adopted four new embryos that had been frozen for seven years!      
    9/12/13 - DEmbryo FET #2. Thawed and transferred two beautiful blasts
    9/17/13 - BFP @ 5dp6dt! EDD 05/31/14
     9/29/13 - m/c @ 5w1d. :(

    11/19/13 - DEmbryo FET #3. Thawed and transferred one blast from each batch. Wow!

    Nothing planned. I might drown myself in sushi tomorrow night because I'm craving it like crazy. And there's probably a glass of wine, or two, or three in my future. This week has been sucky and stressful and I want it to be over already.

    Baby shower fun for me tomorrow!  Otherwise, I am going to try to convince DH to start demolition in my half bath so I can get to my tile wall that I'm dying to see up!

    3 Clomid IUIs -- BFNs
    IVF #1 never made it to transfer
    On "egg health" cocktail DHEA/CoQ10/FRC/Pregnitude/Melatonin
    Starting IVF #2 for Feb 2013
    Follistim/Menopur/Ganirelix
    Cancelled mid-cycle due to high P4 levels early on.
    OCPs again for IVF 2.5 mid-March. IVF 2.5 transferred two "gorgeous" 5-day blasts and BFFN. Even REI is baffled
    On indefinite hold until a huge stroke of serendipity led me to IVF 3 May 2014
    Testing found positive cardiolipins/APS, now on lovenox and intralipid infusions
    Transfer of 2 5-day blasts and (FINALLY) BFFP!! 1st ultrasound shows two sacs and two HB, but one is sluggish, almost expecting vanishing twin Subsequent ultrasound confirmed vanishing twin, but my other Little critter looks fantastic!

    I'm trying to stay awake currently at my BIL's rehearsal.... Tomorrow is my Resolve meeting : and possibly a Bachelorette party but its up in the air....and BIL's wedding Sunday. Lord help me survive to Monday!!!!

    Picking up nephew from airport, staying at hotel tonight, maybe Cheesecake Factory for dinner and DHs is dropping a sperm sample sun morning while Donor has ET. Then sun afternoon dodger game in LA and back home that night. I have Monday off and going to get a scary mole checked out. It has a lump under it and I'm kinda worried about it. I hope it doesn't hurt whatever they will do!!

    This weekend has been full of appts. I had monitoring Fri sat, Dr kk Fri, acupuncture sat, and my brother had a BBQ for my moms bday last night. I'm looking forward to relaxing today and maybe seeing a movie w dh.
