Our DD will turn 4 months this Sunday. For the last several nites she has been waking up at 1am vs 3:30am. We put her to sleep at around 910 ish. Two wake up vs one. She does not nap long anymore during the day. 30 to 1:30 hr at most. We experienced screaming wake up for no reason. I hope this does not last long.
DS is 4 months on Saturday. He STTN most nights, goes down between 7:00-7:30 and will sometimes wake at 4:30, then goes back down until 6:30. Other nights he does not wake up at 4:30 and just sleeps until 6:00-6:30. During the day he usually takes 3 naps. Hs first lasts about an hour, his second is about 2 hours, and his third is about 45 minutes to an hour.
Dd went from waking once at night to two or three times just after she hit 4 months. She will be 5 months on the 15th and just this week I got two nights with only one wake up. She takes three naps. One short (45 minutes) in the morning. One long (two or a little more hours) in the afternoon. One short one in the evening.

Our son is 4.5 months. Until a few days ago he was up 2 to 3 x per night but just started sleeping through to 5 or 6. He takes 3 to 4 naps ranging from 45 minutes to 3 hrs it depends on the day.
Mine sstn, goes down at 730...8 ish. Gets up between 530 and 6. During the day he takes a morning 30 min nap and about every 3 hours he takes 30 min naps. I don't know how to get him to take one or two long naps but I think it is still early so I let him lead.
my soon to be 18 week olds routine seems to fall like this
6/630-wake up
830/900-first nap
12/1-second nap
4/430-third cat nap
7/730-down
first two naps are 1.5-2 hours long, last nap is 30-45 minutes. ped says she's probabley in the process of dropping it and will most likely push that first nap to 9/930, and that second nap to 1/2-and around 5.5-6 months will go to 2 naps after that
Little Riley-our first little girl coming March 1st, 2013 (or sometime around there;)
Mine has been STTN for the past 2 months until this week. Now everytime her paci falls out she wakes up...usually 3-5 times. Naps still vary. She is not a very good napper. Usually one long one in the morning 1-2 hours. Then the rest are 30-45 minute mini naps.
My LO wakes usually around 4-4:30 and then is up at 7. His naps have changed drastically recently. He is taking shorter naps, with his longest naps only lasting an hour. He used to take at least one 2-3 hour nap a day and hasn't done that for a couple of weeks. I hope that changes, he is a lot happier when he naps!
My LO is 4 months and 5 days old. He was taking 4 naps a day but is now taking 3. He wakes up around 7:30 and naps at 9:15. He will typically sleep for an hour and a half. He goes back down around 12:30ish. The next two naps range from 40 minutes to an hour. I try to keep his awake time to an hour and 45 minutes max. I put him to bed between 6:30 and 7 pm. He wakes up once to eat between 2 - 4 am. I EBF and realized in this last week that I needed to offer him an additional feeding because he was refusing to nap and it was because he was hungry.
