Random Names Lately

I've been hearing a lot of different baby/kid names lately via Facebook, church, etc. I figured I would combine them all into a post to see what y'all think of them.  Some aren't awful and could grow on me, but some made me cringe!

Marnie (girl)

Clayre (girl, another spelling for Claire)

Beckem (boy)

Cruz (boy)

Jaren (boy)

Dreyson (boy)

Sullee (girl)

Aubreigh (girl, another spelling for Aubrey)

Evyn (girl, another spelling for Evan)

Marnie is cute. The rest are horrific.

Yup-those are all pretty horrible names. I especially do not like the alternate spelling of Aubrey. Why can't people get it through their thick skulls that extremely weird spellings does not make their kid unique-just makes people stabby.
