The time has come for me to say goodbye to my mother after a long 12 year battle with lung cancer. I got the call last night that she is in congestive heart failure and her lungs are filling with fluid and despite being on high oxygen she can't breathe well enough. She's been on a slow decline since December when they had to cancel her chemo because her body couldn't handle it so we knew this was coming I just had no idea when. DH and I are taking the boys to see her one last time tomorrow so I will be absent for BPF because we will be on a 500 mile trip with newborn twins.
It's going to be a very very long weekend for us so if you could send some T&Ps for our safe journey and a peaceful passing for my mother it would be greatly appreciated.

Oh, Rachel! I am so incredibly sorry to hear this news. I lost my mom last September to Leukemia... You will all be in my thoughts and prayers. If you need to talk, please PM me! I don't even know what else to say, other than I've been there, it sucks, and I will be there for you!
On another note, your boys are beautiful as always, and I adore their onesies!
