Snacks

Hi Ladies, This is my first time posting to this board. I just went back to work after being home for a little over 2 years. I also just found out we are expecting #2. I am starving at work and running out of snack ideas. Any suggestions?

    Nuts, yogurt, soy crisps, hummus and veggies.  I controlled my weight gain shooting for things high in protein and low in sugar.

    Greek yogurt with some granola, fruit, I ate a lot of hummus (major pregnancy craving), trail mix 

  • Congrats! Nuts, yogurt, fruit (whatever was easy), string cheese. For breakfast, sometimes I would bring oatmeal.

  • I found that having a more substantial breakfast makes a big difference. A bowl of cereal doesn't work for me anymore. But eggs and toast will get me through the day without a ridiculous number of snacks.
