In addition to books, hobbies, and Pinterest, some of my friends made an online sign up for people I know to come keep me company for a few hours two or three days out of the week. That way I get to see people other than family and doctors. Its been a huge help in maintaining sanity over the past two and a half months.

Make a routine and try to stick to it also set mini goals of things to look forward to have friends visit .
read books and magazines watch all those movies that you've been meaning to watch but never got around to .
take up crocheting or knitting, needlepoint or some othe small hobby you can do in bed
