First tri symptoms?

So, up until Monday when two babies/heartbeats were seen, I have been pretty much sick as a dog constantly. Since Tuesday morning, I feel fatigued and like I'm walking in a fog, but not really any nausea. It's almost like I don't even feel pregnant anymore. I'm sure once I post this, my symptoms are going to come back with a vengeance, but did your symptoms come and go? Or did they persist the entire time? I've never been this paranoid before. It's double what I felt with my first 2 pregnancies...

Sounds pretty normal to me! Even being paranoid is normal for some. Just try to take it easy and enjoy the ride don't let yourself get too worked up about every symptom this early.

Thanks. Yeah, I'm feeling so many different emotions right now that it's been harder on me then the past two pregnancies. Concentrating at work is virtually impossible. Once I get past this struggle, I'll be okay...it just might take me a few weeks. LOL.
